The Cementing Operations Manager is responsible to plan, direct and oversee the overall operations of the Cementing Business Unit (PPS BU) in the assigned Countries of Operations.. The Operations Manager is also responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of people, equipment and other resources within the Cementing BU whilst ensuring continual compliance and alignment with Regional and Corporate requirements. The Well Engineering Technical Manager is responsible for the technical client engagement on well engineering challenges in the Europe-Caspian Region. In addition, the position is responsible to train and mentor the Jr Well Engineers also in the Europe-Caspian Region while assisting in the development, where possible, of our sister PLs engineers. The position is in charge of the technical roll-out and implementation of the Drilling Advisor and Well Abandonment Advisor solutions.
