|
** Subcontracts Principal Consultant**
One of my clients, based in Woking, is looking for a part-time Subcontracts Principal Consultant (contracts management) to join their team.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing Contract
Location: Woking, Surrey
Part-time position: 3 days per week, 9 hours per day (potentially could go full-time)
Rates: Negotiable
Reporting to the Project Procurement & Subcontracts Manager and the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Reviewing and managing the terms and conditions for use with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Reviewing exceptions from subcontractors and suppliers.
* Providing advice to the project team.
* Reviewing purchase orders and subcontractors prior to award.
* Assisting in disputes whenever they may arise.
* Supporting/identifying risks or issues with compliance to contractual requirements related to procurement and subcontract activities.
* Conducting audits.
Required Experience:
* Experience working for an EPC company.
* Experience working within a Contracts and Procurement role.
* Ideally have worked on subcontracts/contracts. |
