Our client is looking for an SQS Technician to join their team based in Hampshire on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
* Provide assistance to the current SQS Technicians and supporting SQS team members; * Maintaining the electronic filing systems; * Assisting with managing the department central e-mail inbox; * Maintaining tracking tools to ensure effective monitoring of SQS activities; * Assisting with the running of the PJV 3rd Party exchange area for submission of reports to the project and report submission from CSA Agencies; * Collate documentation required for inclusion in inspection assignment packages; * Assisting with the set up of assignments on SQS Module, * Assisting with the issue of SQS surveillance reports to the Project via POL * Running regular reports from MatMan; * Ensure SQS records are kept as per Project requirements; * Coordinate travel and overtime for SQS Team and Resident Surveyors * Liaising with other departments and external Partners.
