Transactional Buyer
Our client, a global chemicals and refining company, are looking for a Transactional Buyer to join them in Rotterdam.
Duration: End of 2019
Location: Pernis, Rotterdam
Rate: Negotiable
Main duties and responsibilites:
* Administrative processing SAP requisitions to purchase orders
* Handling of PO changes
* Take care of communication about purchase orders: placed/order changes
* Monitoring, checking and processing of order confirmation
* Check and Monitor processing of bank guarantees
* Take care of setting up new vendors in SAP
* Handling of billing problems
* Providing reports (in Excel) (with placed purchse orders, status confirmations etc.)
* Storage of purchase orders/confirmations in administration
Technical Requirements:
* Experience with SAP (create and customize purchase orders)
* Experience in a similar role (for technical materials/services for projects/turnarounds in a (petro) chemical environment)
* Commercial insight (able to estimate gives rise to an order confirmation or with the supplier to enter into a conversation)
* Experience with Excel, Outlook
* Accurate/Communicative
* In possession of driver's license and car |
