**Contracts Manager**
Our client, a global offshore engineering and construction leader, are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them in their Epsom office, London.
Start date: March/April 2018
Duration: 6 months (renewable/staff potential)
Technical Requirements:
* Successful candidates must have extensive experience working on previous Deepwater Oil and Gas Projects.
* They will have experience working on an African project/working in Africa.
* Review the pre-award tender terms and conditions
* Identifying and mitigating commercial risk of the contract
* Assess the client's obligations and liabilities, including insurance requirements, bank guarantee wordings, payments terms, etc.
* Finalise/review contracts/sub contracts of agencies, consultants, sponsorship, bidding documents, MOE and other forms types of agreements.
* Drafting of Contract Agreement, JV, Consortium, Heads of Agreement review and preparation for signature |
