Technical Requirements:
* Must have extensive experience in the Procurement processes in the Oil & Gas industry. * Experience on large-scale oil/gas and petrochemical capital projects. * Must have experience working on a refinery project. * Demonstrated knowledge of procurement practices and principles applied by major oil/gas companies * Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate the development, implementation and execution of procurement strategies. * Experience in managing procurement programs for major EPC projects * Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment * Demonstrated interpersonal/team building skills * Strong written and oral communication skills
