PACKAGE BUYER
Our client, leaders in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry, are looking for a Package Buyer to join them in Monaco.
Job Requirements:
* As Package Buyer, you manage the assigned package from preparation of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) till issue of the PO in accordance with the applicable procedures.
* You support the Package Manager upon request after this phase.
* You have the primary responsibility for the timely and cost effective selection of the supplier of the subject package.
* To perform the commercial assessment of the offers,
* To prepare the Recommendation To Purchase (RTP) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE),
* To publish all technical & commercial offers into the CIS dedicated Procurement Directory,
* To organise a pre-award meeting when required,
* To prepare the Purchase Requisition and to monitor its timely approval,
* To prepare the (Change) Purchase Order, to monitor its timely issue and approval,
* To expedite PO acknowledgement, Bank guarantee and milestone related commercial documents,
* To issue VQR when required.
Technical Requirements:
* Business School Degree with a major in Purchasing or Technical HND Degree + Engineering degree mechanical.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Procurement with a solid technical background.
* Fluent in English (writing and speaking) |
