BUYER
My client, a global Oil & Gas operator, is looking for a Quality Suppliers and Sustainables Buyer to join them in their Paris office.
Duration: 12 Months
Location: La Defense, Paris
Start Date: June 2018
Rate: Negotiable
Job Requirements:
* Database extraction analysis: the service provider must check the quality of the local entity supplier data (consistency and quality check, missing information, duplicate data, potential errors, etc.)
* Data quality action plan: the service provider must carry out the arbitration in coordination with our Procurement and Technical entities.
* Potential sources of improvement / Proposal for action based on the data provided by the different entities, the provider must propose an action plan to improve the completeness of the data.
* Review and first level of data quality verification of the consolidated database: help transfer the database of local entities to the global database by identifying duplicates.
* Updated Group / Purchasing coding (Goods and Services) to be realigned in our existing databases.
* On an ad hoc basis, the service provider must extract data from our tools to perform expenditure analyzes |
