PACKAGE BUYER
Our client, leaders in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry, are looking for a Multi-Disciplined Package Buyer to join them in their Monaco office.
Duration: 6-12 Months
Location: Monaco
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Negotiable
Job Requirements:
* Cradle-To-Grave Purchasing and Contracting tasks.
* To compile and issue the Request for Quotation, ensuring that the Bidders List and Supplier Qualification requirements are met.
* To expedite the quotations and perform the commercial bid clarifications as required,
* To perform the commercial assessment of the offers,
* To prepare the Recommendation To Purchase (RTP) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE).
* To publish all technical & commercial offers into the CIS dedicated Procurement Directory.
* To organise a pre-award meeting when required,
* To prepare the Purchase Requisition and to monitor its timely approval
* To prepare the (Change) Purchase Order, to monitor its timely issue and approval.
* To expedite PO acknowledgement, Bank guarantee and milestone related commercial documents.
* To issue VQR when required.
