Architectural CAD Artist - Gorinchem, Netherlands
Our Client is looking for a Construction Architecural BIM Modeller/Draftsman/Artist, where you would be responsible for the conceptual design of the facade maintenance installation and the interaction of this installation with the building. You assist in drafting drawings, calculations and technical datasheets which are used for making sales quotations.
Strong experience of working with CAD and an Architectural Background is required.
Please note this is not to work on the Construction of buildings but to work on the Building Maintenance Units, where this will have interaction with the buildings.
This is a long term opportunity, starting as a contract opportunity to then go permanently with the client.
