I am recruiting for a Business Development Manager for the DACH region (home based with 50% travel)
The new job holder will be responsible for the Polyurethanes/ PU market of TPU products and will directly report to the Sales Director for the business unit.
Candidates require experience in TPU sales, KA management and business development in the Chemical industry. You require a strong proactive behaviour and be able to be self-motivated to achieve aggressive sales growth in a start-up alike organization: wide range of freedom to act and high expectations on results.
Market knowledge in Paint and Coatings or special chemicals: strong and detailed understanding of the market in which the business operates
Fluent German and English is essential.
