IT/ Desk Support
Duration: 12 month renewable contract
Location: Harjavalta - Based on site
Airswift are a Global Employment Agency within the Oil, Gas and Energy sectors.
An Oil and Gas client of ours has a new project based in Harjavalta and have an urgent requirement for a IT / Desk Support.
As a Technical Support/Help desk Employee, you'll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within our clients organisation in a technical support role. The scope of work is to be based on site, on a 12 month renewable contract.
As a Technical Support/Help desk Employee, you'll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within our clients facility.
Tasks can include:
* Installing and configuring computer systems
* Diagnosing Hardware and Software faults
* Working employees to identify computer problems and solving technical problems
face to face
* Testing and fixing faulty equipment
* Support the rest of the business with their ongoing IT requirements
As operations within Oil & Gas are paramount, it is important that everything and everyone is operational, down to individual work stations, your technical support is vital to the ongoing efficiency of the company. |
