* Experience required: minimum 5 years' experience
* Domain: French Industry / Pharmacy
* Available as soon as possible at the end of April 2020 (possible extension)
Level required: Experienced with skills in French regulation (the language of the contract is French), sprinkler, subdivision, smoke extraction & site monitoring
Purpose of the Benefit
The industrial safety Department is in charge of the safety engineering on oil projects gas or industries.
Within the project, the main interlocutors of the provider will be the project management team, the client, the authorities, the insurers, the suppliers, and the other disciplines as processes, piping, civil engineering, instrumentation, Etc. He will be responsible for the planning and the budget. It will be required to produce deliverables and verify deliverables produced by others.
The provider will carry out the following tasks:
- Emission of philosophies (safety concept including detection, fire protection, compartmentalization, evacuation, smoke removal, protection of personnel)
- Issuance of ATEX documents
- Issuance of compartmentalization plans
- Emission of evacuation plans
- Follow-up of the lot fire protection (water supply, fire pompery, fire protection equipment (fire poles, flood, water curtain,...), sprinkler systems, etc.) including the verification of the seller documents, and the monitoring of the site on the site in Arras:
- Philosophies and technical specifications for fire protection including in particular sprinkler systems
- Calculation notes (water demand, hydraulic calculations,...)
- Fire protection PIDs (fire pomperie, fire system)
- Emission of fire protection/personnel protection plans,
- Progress monitoring
- Site visits.
- Verification of the fire & gas detection documents prepared by the lot vendor strong currents/low currents
REQUIRED SKILLS
The studies at the expense of the claimant require the following competencies:
- Mastery of safety engineering know-how: ATEX, detection, constructive provisions relating to fire safety and means of protection (in particular sprinklers, compartmentalization, smoke extraction, evacuation), protection of personnel.
- Mastery of applicable customer codes and specifications: French regulations, FM global specifications
- Software knowledge: hydraulic calculation software (s) - Pipenet if possible |
