Reliability & Maintenance Manager - Oil & Energy
Key Skills: Ensure Maintenance & Reliability meet the requirements in terms of Safety, Integrity, Compliance with regulations and production. And optimal commercial and safety performance of the fleet.
Location: France
Language skills: English, any French would be advantageous but not essential
Salary / Package: Competitive
Timeframe: Role has full sign off and budget, ready to interview and appoint.

The position & experience required
You will be tasked with defining and implementing policies and processes to ensure continuous improvement of units reliability by gathering data and correlating it. You will take an active part in the early stage of projects by developing, reviewing and approving the RAM Study. You are responsible for preparing and issuing analytical recommendation reports on machinery and equipment selection for systems being proposed to clients.
You will define the maintenance strategy to be implemented throughout the fleet and provide necessary tools and support regionally. You will also provide technical support to Material Control and define the minimum stock level.
Profile:
* Degree in Engineering
* Proven experience with ideally 15 years in the offshore, aeronautical, or aerospace industry
* 10 year's experience in Reliability Engineering
* Good knowledge of company products, ability to travel internationally and go offshore.
