|
Our client based in Paris is looking for Senior Corrosion & RBI Engineer to provide Inspection Engineering Study to be performed by the SUBCONTRACTOR on Arctic LNG Project.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the concerned engineers, especially with Process, HSE and Operation & Maintenance to properly identify deterioration mechanisms, corrosion loops and establish inspection policies plans and actions
* Based on Contract Requirements, issuance of the RBI Execution Plan and Inspection Engineering Procedure
* Prepare the studies in accordance with the Client selected RBI software "Meridium"
* Prepare a RBI pilot study limited to some selected equipment
* Conduct technical meeting with the Client representatives, National authority/Classification society representatives and RDI for review and approval of the outcomes
* Implementation and Coordination of Risk Based Inspection (RBI), and On Stream Inspection (OSI) Programs
* Responsible for preparing the inspection programs and executing them against budget and plan
* Ensure quality deliverables, data gathered is accurate, assumptions are logical and documented
* Lead the RBI Team on the assigned Project
Suitable candidate will require the following qualifications, skills and experience:
* Msc Degree in Engineering, preferably Materials, Metallurgy or Corrosion.
* Overseeing the Material Selection activities (MSD preparation, revision, supervision).
* Sound judgment in technical matters with good skills in engineering field materials/corrosion specifications, integrity inspection, plant design optimization/modification and applicable code & standards (API 580/581...).
* Familiar with the materials, fabrication and inspection of static equipment and piping.
* Knowledge in RBI software applications (Meridium…).
* Working proficient in English.
* Good Teamwork and inter-personal skills.
* Minimum 8 years experience in RBI Methodology. |
