This position is considered the owner of the Work Order Life Cycle Processes which govern the execution of all maintenance scopes on the three assets. The position co-ordinates the review / update of the procedures, develops & monitors KPIs / measures and improvement plans to continually improve maintenance execution effectiveness.
Appropriate level of experience within the oil and gas industry preferably gained within the production operations environment. * Experience understanding of scheduling work activities to meet resource levels and Asset priorities. * High level of SAP PM skills, data extraction, experience and understanding * Basic P6 skills desired but not essential * Demonstrable strong communication skills (oral and written) and leadership potential * Demonstrable experience of adapting to /dealing with change and the coordination of multi-function/discipline teams. * Ability to work using initiative and with minimum supervisory direction. * Previous experience in a Data Analyst Role * Good oral communication and presentational skills * Self starter with strong self discipline * Understanding of Maintenance methodology & practices
