Airswift are pleased to announce that we have partnered up with Sandvik Construction and Mining to lead their search for 2 Project Managers.
Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology is a business division of the Sandvik Group and a leading supplier in equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining and construction industries. Application areas include rock drilling, rock cutting, crushing and screening, loading and hauling, tunnelling, quarrying and breaking and demolition. Job profile:
* Delivering projects and programs on time, cost and to schedule.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with different customers.
* Assuring the project KPI's vs. contractual requirements.
* Building strong customer relationships, internal and external.
* New product development
Your profile:
* 5 - 10 years' experience as an operational Project Manager
* Expert customer management and ability to manage all aspects of customer service, specification and contractual commitments
* Ability to monitor and manage revenue recognition, cost and project hours
* Strong understanding in operational business functions (supply chain, R&D processes, commercial etc.)
* Charismatic, agile and focus management style
* Good negotiating skills/experience
* Willingness to travel the world
* Fluent English |
