I am recruiting for a Technical Product Manager (based in Europe) for global Chemical manufacturer who are one of the fastest growing Isocyanate producer in the world. Given significant growth in Europe and opening of a new R&D facility they are seeking a Technical Manager to support and advise clients for the waterborne resins based products polyurethane dispersions (PUD) and waterborne Poly-Acrylates (PA. PUA).
You will provide technical service to European customers, respond to customer's feedback on technical issues and improve product value as well as customer satisfaction whilst supporting the sales team to conduct product promotions and develop new customers. You will be the project manager for new developments with customers: understand customers' need, interface with headquarter lab, and follow up closely to the development. Provide feedback to headquarter regarding market trends and new technology developments. As a mid-term target, build up the technical team with 1-2 colleagues.
This role is based from home with 35% travel expected to visit clients.
It is an exciting time as they are looking to open a new R+D centre in Europe and this role will play a big part of this project.
