|
I am currently recruiting for a CSA Lead to working on a new Large scale cGMP facility in Switzerland.
I am looking for someone who has a minimum of 10 years experience relating to construction with a strong knowledge to be able to hand over all Civil Structural and Architectural works.
You will be required to act as the interface between the construction team, client and installation contractors for the installation and pre-commissioning phase.
This is a 12-18 month contract based in Lengnau, Switzerland. All applicants must be able to speak German to a good standard.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Technical Degree (Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical) or equivalent technical training and experience
* Minimum 10 years related experience in direct construction, construction supervision, or construction management
* Knowledge of and experience with all aspects of building CSA works including interior and exterior concrete works, conventional interior room construction, application of specialty floor finishes, and installation of exterior building façade systems. Specific knowledge and experience in the construction of clean rooms for a cGMP manufacturing or laboratory facility is required. Familiarity with building mechanical and electrical installations and equipment is desired
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal project team members, external client and key stakeholders, and construction supervisors and tradespersons
* Excellent written and verbal English language skills required
* Proficiency in German language skills highly desired
