CONTRACT MANAGER
Our client, a leading EPC, are looking for a Contract Manager to join their team in Paris working on an FLNG Project.
Duration: 12 months
Location: Paris, France
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Job Requirements:
* To provide appropriate support and guidance to the Project Team (particularly the Contract Management Lead and Project Directors/Managers) in the management and administration of the main contract and consortium agreements with the project partners consistently with relevant policies, standards and processes, as well coordination with the other contracts and commercial project resources to ensure performance/deliverables from Contract Management team. * Participate, as required, in the reporting to provide management with contractual analysis when required in assistance to the Project. * Provide right and timely reporting to the Functional Contract Management / Legal management. * Initiate, draft and/or review, as the case may be, all incoming and outgoing correspondence with Client and Partner and review Minutes and reports to the same, and, whenever necessary in case of matters related to company liabilities, risks and contractual rights, the correspondence to and from subcontractors and vendors. * Work closely with the project control to monitor schedule performance and cost trends in order to identify risks and opportunities for revenue enhancement, schedule relief and risks mitigation, share information deriving therefrom with the Project. * Initiate and coordinate, under the direction of the Contract Management Lead/Project Director, the preparation, negotiation and settlement of change orders and claims. |
