Our client, an Oil and Gas Operating Company are looking for a EPC Contracts Specialist to be based in their project office in Paris, France. The role is offered with a long-term contract and an all-inclusive daily rate or monthly salary.
Role Overview:
As EPC Contracts Specialist you'll be responsible for managing, sourcing and contract management activities from RFP (Request for Proposal) through post contract award for a large EPC contract.
Responsibilities:
* Execute sourcing activities including: develop of bid packages and bid evaluation plans, perform bidders' due diligence, handle bid clarifications and compile supporting documentation for recommendations to award.
* Execute post-award contract management and administration, including: Contract correspondence, resolution of general queries, support timely supplier invoice approvals/queries resolution and support negotiation and process supplier variation order requests
* Support the development and delivery of Local Content strategies to ensure requirements are incorporated into the sourcing process.
Experience:
* Ideally have a degree in Engineering or related subject
* Ideally have extensive experience within Contract Engineering and Administration gained working on Offshore Oil and Gas project
* Experience gained within; evaluation of RFPs for EPC contracts, contract drafting and letter writing, executing of EPC contracts and EPC post award contract management |
