Our client, an international EPC Company are looking for a Site based Cost Engineer to be based on their site in the region of Satakunta, Finland. The role is offered with a long-term contract and an all-inclusive hourly rate.
Job Overview:
As Cost Engineer you'll be reporting to the Project Services Manager and overseeing the Cost Engineering on the project.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain cost reports, cash flow and contingency analyses for the individual projects.
* Provide Cost Estimates.
* Administer Change Orders as required by procedure.
* Estimates costs of positive / negative scope changes and assess impact on total project cost: work with estimators to get assistance if needed.
* Ensure accurate reflection of committed/spent funds, Change Alerts, Project deviation notices, field change orders, and project execution changes in all cost documents relating to the construction phase.
Experience:
* Ideally have a degree in Engineering or related subject
* Ideally have extensive experience within Cost Engineering working on construction Projects |
