Our client, an Oil and Gas Operating Company are looking for a Mozambican National Security Advisor to be based in Palma, Mozambique. The position will be offered with a long-term contract, 28 day on / 28 day off rotation and negotiable daily rate.
Role Overview:
As Security Advisor you'll be reporting to the Security Operations Manager and provides security support to facilities and projects or support to key Global Security processes
Responsibilities:
* Develop security procedures and implementation plans for technical security projects
* Develop and lead security specific training
* Support the company's Emergency response team
* Create and drive proactive solutions with ethics, diversity and reputation of the company in mind
* Help coordinate daily escort team tasks
* Liaison with military for daily tasks
* Liaise with senior and field commanders in the execution of the MOU
Experience:
* College level education or equivalent
* Extensive experience in Security, ideally have been former Mozambican Military - preferably officer
* Experience gained within the Mozambican Police or Security forces will be beneficial
* Knowledge of criminal investigation
* Advanced knowledge of criminal intelligence/national intelligence
* Must have the right to work in Mozambique as no visa sponsorship will be offered |
