This is an exciting opportunity with a multi-national Oil and Gas Operator. The change and communications manager will participate in regular project team meetings with VP and GM level staff.
We are looking for an experienced high performing Change Manager with great engagement skills, delivery focus, and the ability to work independantly. Ideally, you will have experience in managing change with a hands-on approach, in a complex, ambiguous enviroment, and in larger organisations.
You will manage the change component of a business project, support communications across the business and help organise a large project event in April. This business project has visability at the highest levels of the organisation and covers multiple businesses of RDS.
Previous experience in a large business with broad exposure, would be advantagous. |
