|
Safety Coordinator - Algeria - 12 Months - April Start
PURPOSE
* Establishment and monitoring of security coordination for Project activities on Site and representation of Project security in liaison with the SIE Assistant, the military manager (via the SIE Assistant) and the other departments of the Project.
ACTIVITIES
* Preparation of the security procedure dedicated to the Project in accordance with the Project security plan,
* Preparation of the security SOR in accordance with the security philosophy of the Project,
Strict application of the security procedure in the activities in Algiers and on the site,
* Updating the headquarters or site POB (Project POB),
* Monitoring of staff movements and movements,
* Risk and threat assessment weighing on people, goods and information,
* Organization of the security of persons with regard to the level of risk and threat,
* Organization of the security of staff travel:
* In liaison with the Parties, participation in the '' development of the modalities of staff travel on Algerian territory;
* Application of the Journey management Plan policy in accordance with the HSE policy applied within the project;
* Request and submission of escort needs to the SH coordination of the wilaya concerned.
* Organization and supervision of the permanence of communications:
* In relation with the HSE manager, definition of safety communications needs and implementation of the required resources at headquarters level,
* Development of an alert network plan and / or emergency with its consolidation.
* Management of crisis situations:
* Various contributions to security personnel and security forces;
* Implementation and monitoring of crisis management exercises (safety & security), jointly with the parties' Safety - HSE managers;
* In the event of a medical emergency: information to be sent to the HSE manager by referring to the Emergency Response Plan (ERP);
* In case of medical evacuation (MEDEVAC): participation in the coordination of operations in close relation with the management of the project and the parties concerned.
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
* The project is "Time Driven" and is based on a proactive schedule in order to fight against the current decline of the field.
* Service to be performed in a context where the quality of relations with partners and the authorities must be maintained, requiring a high sense of MISCELLANEOUS diplomacy
* Service exercised in compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations attached thereto, as well as the rules and uses in force within the Association and the parties concerned,
* Establishment of effective professional relations, inside and outside the Association, by demonstrating diplomacy,
* Understanding of the problems, evaluation of the situations and realization of the Service in a methodical and rational way, based on relevant information,
* Perfect mastery of office automation tools,
* Perfect mastery of French, written and spoken, and have operational English,
* Very good knowledge of ns petroleum projects and / or operations in an OPCO or JV environment,
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements processes with local authorities,
* Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally. |
