Our client, an international EPC Company are looking for a Contract Manager to be based in their PMC Office in Rome, Italy. The role is offered with a long term contract and negotiable Hourly rate.
Job Overview:
As Contract Manager you'll be responsible for producing Contracts for an Refinery Project
Responsibilities:
* Define the contractual strategy in agreement with Project team * Prepare call for tenders, evaluate tenders and issue Purchase Orders or Contracts at the best price and shortest delivery time * Conduct negotiation of contractual and commercial terms with suppliers / partners * Draft Contract Terms * Assist and advise operational staff in contract management
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Ideally a degree in a relevant subject * Experience within Contract Engineering ideally gained working in the Oil and Gas or related industries. * Experience gained working on Refinery or Petrochemical projects as part of a PMC / PMT team will be beneficial. * Experience gained working on FEED projects
