Aker Solutions' Subsea Finance based in Port Klang, responsible for forecasting and cost controlling of project. We need talented and experienced individual who can strengthen our team and support our ambitious growth plans within the Subsea market. We are looking for Project Cost Controller:
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Support Project Controlling Manager and project team in managing project cost forecasting, MFO reporting, cost review and analysis
Liaising with Project Manager on all financial matters related to the Contract
Raising invoices in acocordance with the defined milestones and contract terms
Preparing monthly financial forecasts of project costs and revenue through PPR (Project Performance Reporting)
Preparing and maintaining project cash flow forecast
Assist and support project change management process (Variation Orders)
Verify the accuracy and propriety of all costs booked to the project
Keep up to date on all project variances, risk register, AR, change orders etc
Ensuring project is following the cost management plan in accordance with PEM
Participate in monthly project review with the project team
Qualifications and Personal Qualities:
Experience in project controlling or related field. Preferably in Oil & Gas environment
Minimum Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification from Accountancy body
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills and good knowledge of project accounting
Knowledge of SAP
