Airswift are currently working with a market leader in the Chemicals Industry. Our client is searching for a Senior Designer who will be responsible for multidisciplinary designs and careful management of drawings.
Responsibilities include;
Ensure that own and temporary employees in the Drawing Room work according to high safety and ethical standards;
* Promote key values such as Curiosity, Ambition, Collaboration, Accountability. Coaching employees, conducting performance conversations and giving daily feedback, so that employees are challenged and developed, and objectives are achieved effectively;
* Committed to the use and further development of the Productivity System tools, such as promoting the continuous improvement cycle; Have designs for Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Civil, etc. carried out by employees in the team or external companies according to company specific specifications and guidelines and draw them up where necessary;
* Planning, preparing, executing and finishing work, daily or as part of (project-based) modifications;
* Initiate improvements in the areas of effectiveness, efficiency, cost monitoring and safety;
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
* Experience with AutoCad and 3D drawing technique
* Safety always comes first for you
* Team player with an eye for quality, planning and costs
* Proactive, strong in communication and structured
* Knowledge of the English language, MS Office and SAP is an advantage.
