Contract role
Work planner Electrical Engineering - Maintenance
Our Management and Maintenance Client is a nationally operating integral construction partner with a total range of products and expertise throughout the Life Cycle of a building. Their services cover every phase of the construction process: from development and design to construction, operation and maintenance in the technical installation field. Sustainability is a key concept here.
Work location: Apeldoorn office (65%) and project locations within a radius of 50 km around Apeldoorn (35%). Working from home is negotiable but certainly not structural.
Team composition: You work closely with the Project Leader for Architecture and integrally with colleagues from an Electrical and Mechanical specialism.
Activities
- Partly responsible for the calculation, engineering, work preparation and implementation of electrical installations at our clients.
- As a construction planner it is your priority that everything is well arranged for your executive colleagues and customers. A crucial role!
- You are the indispensable link between colleagues from different disciplines who work together to achieve the perfect result, which gives you a lot of variety in your work.
- You are the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- You advise from / to project management on personnel capacity, equipment and material.
- You carry out checks and perform administrative actions
- You monitor the (financial) progress during the execution of the work
- You coordinate and monitor changes towards the customer, subcontractors and suppliers.
Selection criteria
- MBO or HBO Electrical engineering must
- 3-5 + years of experience in a comparable role must
- Required certificates: GPI and VCA-VOL must
- Knowledge of systems and / or software: AutoCAD and Revit pre
- Broad knowledge of (integral) utility works from an E background must
- Strong passion for installation technology must be
- Dutch-speaking
Competences
- Strong in communication, organizing and an eye for detail are characteristics that characterize you as Work Planner E.
- It is easy for you to switch at different levels, with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- You can quickly switch between different projects and keep an overview.
- You are administratively well-versed and you have an organized way of working.
- You can work well together and together with your team you strive to achieve the best end result.
Conditions
- 40 hours per week (36 case may be negotiable.)
- All-in rate |
