Team composition
Consisting of 4 Project leaders , 2 Engineers and 10 Mechanics. The team is growing.
Project description
Size for the W part is 150k - 1mio.
Activities
- As the right hand of the Project Manager Mechanical Engineering you are responsible for directing assembly work on building-related installations of small projects / modification works. - You arrange and organize the work every day and pay close attention to the safety regulations and quality standards.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You direct the mechanics of the Regional Work team W outside on a daily basis
- You coordinate the work with the project managers
- You install and deliver (complex) installations
- You adjust installations to the current guidelines
- You identify irregularities
- You coordinate with your manager
- You keep your knowledge up to date
- You also ensure that the installations comply with the latest legal provisions and quality standards.
Selection criteria
Technical MBO training, eg mechanical engineering must
3+ years experience in the same role must
Experience in renovation pre
Required certificates: VCA-VOL must
Skilled in Office must
A lot of knowledge of installation technology and you always want to learn more
Experience with integral utility projects must
Good control of the Dutch language
Competences
Strong and down-to-earth personality
Proactive and with a strong drive for quality and safety
Being able to work ad hoc.
You are decisive and can work independently
Flexible and a real team player
Living in the Rotterdam area
