|
I am currenly recruiting for a Claim Manager to be part of an Offshore Windfarm development in the Netherlands, Arnhem.
The Claim Manager supports the project with regard to facilitating the internal and external handling of claims and RFCs.
The main activities:
* Carrying out the contract management for the FIM contracts of System Integration. This includes the following tasks
* Drawing up contractual letters- Legal settlement of claims and disputes
* Solicited and unsolicited Legal advice regarding these contracts
* Drafting and handling changes in close consultation with Team Members regarding the technical content of the changes
* Organizing and keeping the contractual and administrative file
* Monitoring the legality of payments- Facilitating and documenting correspondence and RFCs in the documentation system, ensuring an up-to-date claim and RFC register
* Checking the correctness of the claims and RFCs
* Checking the availability and completeness of the required documentation
* Preparing progress reports with regard to (current) RFCs- Drafting draft notes for information or decision-making regarding RFCs
* Organizing and directing the review and approval process for RFCs in accordance with the RFC procedure and other guidelines
* Monitoring and steering on the agreed terms of the relevant procedures
Essential Requirements:
* You have in-depth knowledge of, among others, FIDIC, UAV, UAV-GC
* You speak and write fluently Dutch and English
Duration: 12 Months +
