|
Your main tasks include the further development and support of our IT infrastructure as well as the
Region Germany/Switzerland ensure the availability of all IT systems and applications.
Your tasks:
Operation, administration and monitoring of client/server systems, networks and applications
* Performing new installations and updates
Analysis and elimination of faults (1st-level and 2nd-level support) based on service level agreements
* Ensuring server systems are operational and backing up and restoring data
Managing the Cisco network environment
* Support of the existing telephone system infrastructure
* Participation in projects
Asset and license management
* Participation in the on-call
Your profile:
Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or comparable vocational training in the IT sector
· Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server, VMWare environment
· Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Client/Office environment
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory technology
* Career or willingness to complete it
* Knowledge of the Macintosh environment desirable
* Interest in working in an international environment
Safe knowledge of English and German in words and writing
Basic knowledge of network techniques and topologies
* Willingness to travel
