|
Our client within chemicals sector is currently looking for Head of Quality based in Germany.
TASKS:
* Responsibility for the implementation of the company's QHSE strategy, implementation of the measures at the operational level of the location and continuous further development of QHSE at the location
* Head of quality assurance and leadership of a two-person QC team
* Responsibility for management systems (including ISO 9001) and food safety including HACCP
* Monitoring and review of QHSE goals
* Planning and implementation of all quality and compliance-related audits as well as follow-up measures
* Working with business partners to provide QHSE support for internal and external customers
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* University degree in food chemistry, food technology, chemistry or a related field
* Knowledge of HSE (health protection, occupational safety and environmental management) is a plus
* Management experience in the flavor & fragrance or food industry
* At least 5+ years of experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written |
