Team:
You will work in the Management and Maintenance department in a team of 80 colleagues with an architectural, mechanical and electrical background, where you will receive support from all sides where necessary. The Management and Maintenance team is characterized by the cooperation focus and the collegial atmosphere.
Project description:
As a project leader with a mechanical engineering background, you will make a sustainable contribution to the realization of integrated medium-sized projects that you can carry out in a mono and multidisciplinary manner. Within company you will be responsible for maintaining and realizing integrated projects with a contract price of up to approximately € 2 million. To achieve this, you work together with colleagues from an architectural, electrical and mechanical specialism. It concerns mechanical installations where E-installations are part of the total construction project. Tenders run from € 200,000 - € 10 million.
Activities:
- As a mechanical project manager, you ensure that the determined result is achieved within the contract conditions, specifications and quality requirements, planning and work budget.
- Here you identify and use (commercial) opportunities.
- You also monitor the progress and costs and income incurred during project implementation and you ensure periodic and reliable financial reporting. Because you, as a project leader, understand all projects, you manage a team of 7 to 8 colleagues in various specialties. You switch with clients, partners and suppliers, and you are involved in the process in time.
- As a project manager you will improve the implementation process during the development of a project and stimulate your team to come up with optimizations. You consider shared responsibility for an effective and efficient preparation and construction process to be crucial, so collaboration is one of your spearheads.
- You work 50% at the office and 50% at the customer, depending on the type of project / customer.
- Working from home is negotiable but structurally not preferred.
Selection criteria:
- Education level and direction: minimum HBO working and thinking level with a completed technical / mechanical engineering installation training
- Minimum years of work experience in the field: 3-5 years experience with utility projects
- Knowledge of systems and / or software: SAP, ibis trad, MS Office
- Affinity with mechanical installation technology is an advantage
- Maximum commuting distance: max. Range of 75 km around Apeldoorn
- Language: Dutch
