Aker Subsea Ltd based in Winnersh is responsible for delivering a variety of Subsea products including stab plates, valves and couplings. The team currently consists of 1 Key Account Manager and 3 Document Controllers. We are currently looking for an experienced Tendering Coordinator who can strengthen our team and contribute to the company’s growth. Responsibilities and Tasks:
Objectives / Scope
To participate in the definition and implementation of the Tendering process to support the Front End Business Execution Process for Subsea Components Working within the Subsea Components Tendering team, preparing and providing technically sound, compliant, achievable and commercially viable proposals (responses to clients’ RFQs / quotations), ensuring bid deadlines, targets and objectives are met and are in accordance with Company objectives
Main Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the quotation process to Third Party and Aker clients Review the RFQ package supplied by client, organize RFQ review meeting Obtain new quotations or re-validate existing costs Maintain and use cost model using MS Excel in order to produce proposed selling price Manage clarification questions / responses to clients Produce quality customer quotations for bid submissions Evaluate and maintain gross margin levels for all sold product
Qualifications and Personal Qualities:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 or ONC qualification (or equivalent) Working knowledge of MS Office
