Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator are looking for a Buyer - IS Tools to be based in their offices in Paris, France. The role will be offered with a long-term contract and negotiable monthly salary.
Job Overview:
As Buyer - IS Tools you'll be responsible for purchasing requirements within your allocated discipline.
Responsibilities:
* Analysis of customer requests and collection of expressions of need
* Assistance in monitoring and conducting opportunity and feasibility studies
* Writing of functional specifications and formalization of business processes
* Definition of the test methods and realization of the functional requirements
* Help with user support and, if necessary, user training
* Implementation of change management systems
Experience:
* Ideally have experience within Procurement ideally gained within buying Information Systems.
* Fluent in English and French |
