Aker Solutionīs Workshop department based in Angola is responsible for delivering the Kaombo Project by making sure that project priorities and our clientīs satisfaction is well executed and that the Workshop personal is well controlled. The team consists of 44 people and we are now looking for a Project Manager who can strengthen and support our team.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
The Project Manager is responsible for representing the Contractor and authority to act on behalf of Contractor in all matters relating to the Contract. Responsabilities are tasks include, but are not limited to:
Liaison with the Company, the formal point of contact towards the Company
Establish working relations with the Company and define Company expectations
Direct the Performance of the Work according to the agreed schedule and quality consistent with the overall objectives of Company
Adherence to policies imposed by Norwegian authorities , Company and Aker solutions
Establishment of project management tools, policies, procedures and systems required for the execution of the work
Establish, maintain and lead the organisation needed for the work
Organisation development and ensuring that all parties interests are taken care of in the performance of the work
Qualifications and Personal Qualities:
10+ years project execution experience at senior management level
Structured and analytic
Proactive and innovative
Fluent in English and good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both within a team environment and with limited supervision, ability to take lead.
