Assistant Manager

Responsibilities and Tasks: Responsible for Salary processing - needed regulatory, accounting and thorough knowledge of tax laws. Should be well versed with administration and handling of employee benefits like PF, Gratuity, superannuation, National Pension Scheme. Should possess thorough knowledge on organising actuarial valuation of liability under defined benefit plan like gratuity, leave salary. Knowledge of structuring of remuneration of Inpats on net protected basis and administration of payroll including valuation of perquisites. Familiarity to Budgeting and monthly reporting of payroll cost and variance Complete familiarity to end to end controls on payroll processing activity and labour laws Qualifications and Personal Qualities: MCOM, ICWA or CA Inter. ACS qualification would be welcome. Additional skills essential - Business Analytics, Word, Advanced Excel and Powerpoint Work experience in SAP or similar preferred.
