What will you be doing?
- Drive the transformation agenda, identifying opportunities and working with teams to create value
- Contribute to the development of next-generation ways of working, embracing digitalization, standardization and smarter execution models
- Hold overall responsibility for HSSEQ & CI across the segment’s five business verticals
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of HSSEQ & CI professionals, ensuring strong capabilities aligned with our growth ambitions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational execution, governance, and strategic priorities
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously bring new thinking into how we manage safety, security, quality, and improvement
We think you should have:
- Relevant higher education in engineering, environmental science, or related fields. Relevant experience may be a substitute for formal education
- Motivation for HSSEQ & CI and experience from working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Solid leadership experience developing and executing transformation and improvement initiatives with measurable results
- A mindset focused on innovation, simplification, and new ways of working
- Ability to operate effectively across various stakeholder levels, business contexts, and execution models (e.g. projects, products, manufacturing, service)
- Strong business understanding, with the ability to translate HSSEQA & CI into value creation
- Professional communication skills in English and Norwegian. This role interacts with documents written in Norwegian
