Moreover, the business area will drive the fast track initiative to move towards the industrialisation of small field development on the Norwegian continental shelf.
Job description

    The Strategic SCM Analyst role exists within the Onshore Operations & Maintenance SCM team. This role works closely with the broader Procurement organization and external stakeholders, collaborating with the Business (Engineers/Field/etc.), Operational SCM Analysts, Contract Support Analysts, and the US SCM Business Efficiency organization to drive strategic sourcing events, maintain contract compliance, actively manage the supplier landscape and conduct cost reduction activities.
    Strong analytical rigor, business understanding, technical writing and self-awareness are qualities of a successful Strategic SCM Analyst.
    Role responsibilities are bucketed into three main areas: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Management.
    Strategic Sourcing:
    Operate as primary sourcing and contract professional for Level 1 and Level 2 suppliers
    Support business with strategic sourcing plans
    Create, upload and maintain strategy documents
    Drive conversation and delivery of invoicing strategy for key suppliers and coordinate with SBE team
    Conduct market / commodity / pricing research and analytics as it relates to specific sourcing events – supported by Should-Cost and Total-Cost-of-Ownership models where applicable
    Contract Management:
    Engage with Contract Support Analysts on MSA terms
    Manage WOA Lifecycle – creation, execution, upload to SAP, ongoing maintenance, and monthly reports to drive renewals
    Serve as primary point of engagement between Business leadership and Supply Chain
    Supplier Management:
    Maintain, govern and own updates to the SQL
    Serve as the direct point of contact for inquiries related to creation or updates of vendor master data

Qualifications

    4 + years experience
    Bachelor's degree
    Experience with ERP systems
    Experience with change management, process development and problem solving
    Experience with Sourcing & Contracting
    Experience with Oil & Gas/Energy related operations
