The Contract Support Analyst posting is for a role on the Onshore Operation & Maintenance SCM team, located in Austin, TX. The role works closely with Strategic SCM Analysts, Operational SCM Analysts, Safety and Sustainability (SSU) teams and Statoil Legal to enable the purchase of goods and services by ensuring Supplier pre-qualifications are complete and suppliers are prepared to submit invoices to Statoil. Supplier pre-qualification includes establishing and maintaining Master Service Agreements (MSA), ensuring completion of Statoil’s safety qualification process, and completing Financial and Vendor Risk checks. Job responsibilities can be broadly bucketed into three areas: Contract Management, Supplier Pre-Qualification and Procurement Link Integrity Contract Management: Own the creation and ongoing management of Master Service and/or Master Goods Agreement Serve as facilitator between Statoil Legal and Supplier in ‘red-lining’ and MSA terms negotiation Own the upload of completed MSAs and maintain all agreements in current and good standing Enter and administers contracts in Contiki Supplier Pre-Qualification: Coordinates with SSU team to ensure suppliers are safety qualified – supports use of ISNetworld by suppliers and SSU team to track qualifications Owns and manages the onboarding of suppliers into Oildex – supplier set-ups, login credentials, and supplier support for initial invoicing Updates vendor database with appropriate pre-qualification information Procurement Link Integrity: Monitor and maintain updated data in the Supplier Qualification List Proactively identify expired MSAs and broken links between MSA and WOA/PO
Qualifications
4+ years experience Experience with ERP systems Experience with change management, process development and problem solving Experience with Sourcing & Contracting Experience with Oil & Gas/Energy related operations
