Position Summary
   

To ensure the safe, efficient and profitable day-to-day operation of the department.  To identify and develop profitable new business opportunities.  Accountable for Profit and Loss accounts for Asia and Australasia ROV business.

   
Duties & Responsibilities
   

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    Management and supervision of assigned ROV Projects and personnel, client liaison and technical support.
    Day to day management of the assigned ROV Project(s).
    Planning and supervision of ROV Project Operations and the supervision of allocated ROV operational personnel.
    Liaison with Clients during start-up, operational and post operational periods to discuss and identify Client's ROV requirements and present Oceaneering's ROV/Engineering/Tooling capabilities.
    Liaison between Client and OI Technical Departments/Engineering Manager, regarding the design and/or development of tooling/engineering for offshore projects.
    Production of project procedures as required.
    Monitor and action of spares and stores requirements for projects.
    Review of Invitations to Tender for ROV operations and provision of technical assistance to the Commercial Department for Client presentations.
    Supervision of QA/QC audits during project periods.
    Collation of system logs from offshore and preparation of preliminary invoices for ongoing and completed contracts on a monthly basis.
    Ongoing update of all technical and support documentation.
    Offshore visits to ROV worksites as required.
    Ensuring that Safety Policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at the offshore work location.
    Responsibility for financial performance.
    Responsibility for expediting receivables.
    Assist with any other duties as and when required.


   
Qualifications
   

Experience, Qualifications and Skills required:

    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
    Required skill(s): Oisl standard desktop software package, MS Project, MS Office (Word & Excel).
    Required language(s): English
    At least 10 year(s) of working experience in ROV field is required for this position.
    Minimum 6 years experience in a managerial role.
    Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
    2 Full-Time position(s) available.
