Job Description
Fugro OCEANOR AS is a part of the Fugro Group (listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange) and is a high-tech company located in Trondheim / Norway specializing in developing; implementation and operation of environmental monitoring systems based on buoys and fixed platforms for marine and maritime applications, including consultancy work within ocean energy and coastal engineering. The company has 30 years worldwide experience and a multidisciplinary staff within oceanography, meteorology and coastal engineering, electronics, marine survey and operations.
Roles And Responsibilities
Fugro OCEANOR is looking for a high qualified engineer in electronics.
The person has to be motivated, hands-on problem solver with interest and experience in electronics engineering and development. You will play a leading role in the development, implementation and testing of existing and new products for our customers.
Requirements
• Master in Electronics or similar
• Working experience related to marine instruments/ instrumentation
• Interested in embedded systems and new technologies
• Ability to take ownership of problems and deliver results
• Good communication skills
• Good English
