JOB DESCRIPTION
Has functions of Nizhnevartovsk branch management representative as written below but not limited:
- communication to personnel of global and regional quality strategy, policy and objectives;
- preparation, adaptation, implementation and improvement of company corporate management system;
- control of product lines and support functions compliance with management system requirements;
- Development and implementation of location quality and reliability KPI's targets and objectives;
- Training of location personnel to integrated management system standards requirements;
- Preparation to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 certification. To keep certification on location;
- Independent quality control of manufacturing and maintenance of equipment in workshop based on service quality plans, inspection & test plans, technical work instructions and management system standards;
- Control of keeping actual regulatory standards on workplaces;
- Development and keeping updated of Service Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans in accordance to company and customer requirements;
- Execution of investigation of incidents related to quality and reliability, development, implementation and monitoring of corrective actions plans. Analysis of corrective actions efficiency;
- Ensure functionality of internal quality audits program; execution of internal audits; review of corrective actions caused by internal audits findings;
- Participate in suppliers audits to identify the ability of supplier to meet company quality requirements;
- Participate in external audits, organize investigation of findings, root cause analysis processes and development of corrective and preventive actions plans;
- Control of incidents investigation and closure is conducting in timely manner;
- Analisys of integrated management system effectiveness, searching of gaps between product line and support functions performance and standards requirements, development of preventive actions plans to improve management system and monitoring of actions execution;
- Conduct periodical management review;
- Reporting to management with current status of preparation, integration and functioning of integrated management system, with any appeared problems and actions planned to solve problems;
- Commitment to all QHSE polices and rules.
