JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assist in the development and implementation of QHSSE systems in line with international and company’s policy and procedures.
    Assist in the administration and maintenance of QHSSE systems with particular focus on work / service instructions, corrective actions, audits and root cause analysis of deficiencies.
    Ensure all employees and elements of the business are in compliance with QHSE policies, procedures and relevant location legislation.
    Develop and implement specific QHSSE project packages to meet client requirements.
    Actively develop and promote a proactive QHSSE culture programs.
    Assist in the development and implementation of safety awareness programs, safety training, safety committee and safety meetings.
    Conduct regular QHSSE audits and close out findings.
    Facilitate external audits from clients and certifying bodies
    Assist with development of technical and competency based training systems.
    Review Client bids/tenders and contracts with regard to QHSSE requirements and to assure that Weatherford meets the requirements, monitor the progress, allocate actions and close out customer non-conformance reports (CNCR’s).
    Assist in the development of QHSSE training packages for Personnel within the district.
    Assist in the development of Product Line Specific QHSSE packages for the district.
    Other duties as directed.

REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum university degree in Engineering
    High level knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, AS 4801 and API Spec Q2
    Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Oil and Gas Services or related industry
    Comprehensive knowledge of Oil and gas industry and Equipment.
    Comprehensive knowledge of Quality, Safety Industry Standards
    Minimum 4+ years’ experience as ISO lead auditor.
