JOB DESCRIPTION
- Active involvement in the raising, investigation, progression and close-out of Corrective and Preventative Action Requests (CPARs), RADAR cards and other WPTS entries for Northern Thailand.
- Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit.
- Take care of all local regional and corporate QHSSE administration matters relating to Northern Thailand.
- Participate in customers’ programs and meetings as required.
- Support, develop, guide and report on QHSSE aspects of the Weatherford Northern Thailand activities in order to achieve compliance with customer and company standards.
- Support the implementation of OEPS
- Act as Base Safety Officer by monitoring activities on site including those of third party contractors.
- Coordinate the site emergency response plan and required drills.
- Coordinate the site risk/aspect register.
- Coordinate site environmental matters (waste disposal, waste water quality etc.)
- Perform any other duties assigned by QHSSE manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in a Related HSE, Technical, Scientific, or Engineering Discipline.
- At least two years’ experience related to Safety, Health and Environment
- Knowledge of Governmental Occupational Health, Safety and Environment regulations, protocols, and/or procedures.
- Good application knowledge of relevant computer programns/softwares
- Good written and verbal Thai and English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
