Petrofac is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer to be based in our Bridge View Office in Aberdeen. This is a contract role with an expected duration of 3 months.
The Senior Electrical Engineer will provide technical support to the Lead Engineer and take ownership of electrical queries specific to their assigned contract.
Main responsibilities:
ensuring support provided satisfies the Asset Safety Case and that the PFEER performance standards are adhered to throughout any electrical engineering activity
contributing to the development of plans, schedules and estimates for individual workscopes
ensuring that all Electrical design changes are captured by the change control process reviewing job progress and cost reports
liaising with other disciplines in the execution of work
The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level, or equivalent, in a relevant engineering discipline. Chartership is preferred.
Applicants should have experience in a similar role within the petrochemical industry.
