Description
Position: Academic Training Manager
Reporting to: Director of Training
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead the Academic program delivery.
· Lead the curriculum delivery, testing and assessment, monitoring trainee progress and achievement.
· Lead a team of Academic Training staff and ensuring high quality outcomes are achieved.
· Work with client personnel to maintain consistently high standards of operational delivery and quality.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
· Native English speaker.
· Master’s degree in teaching English as a second or Foreign Language (TESL/TEFL).
· Bachelor’s degree (preferably a Master’s Degree) in English, applied linguistics for modern languages.
· Teaching certificate such as TEFL, TESL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA or IELTS.
· Minimum 12 years of teaching and program administration experience, at least 5 of which shall be as a school and/or training institution unit Management/lead position.
· Prior experience of teaching in Saudi Arabia would be an advantage, particular Saudi Aramco Academic programs.
