KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Implement sales strategies and manage customer accounts for the Completion Tools product line in the greater PA, OH, and WV area(s).
    Call on customers in the office and in the field including cold calling, warm calling and managing current accounts.
    Develop and facilitate customer relationships through business-related, social initiatives.
    Utilize internal database by documenting customer visits and opportunities to share across the organization.
    Contribute to a monthly report of activity and opportunities.
    Coordinate with the various districts to set up jobs, pricing, checking inventories and following-up on current and past jobs.
    Develop and drive profitable sales growth targets in the assigned territory.
    Maintain existing customer base by providing world-class customer service.
    Implement effective marketing plans to develop new business and acquire new customers as well as to penetrate new markets.
    Interface across the internal organization.
    Handle special projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
    5+ years’ experience selling a technical product or 5+ years’ experience in a  Completion Tools - related role.
    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

    Experience in a Sales-related role with a demonstrated, successful track record.
    Background in the oil & gas industry preferably in Sales and/or Completion Tools.
    Driven and self-motivated characteristics.
    Good time management and organizational skills.
    Wellsite knowledge or experience.
    Thorough understanding of oilfield products, systems, customer requirements and market conditions.
    Knowledge of multiple company products, applications and service lines.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
    Significant sales experience that reflects a thorough understanding of the entire sales process.
    Excellent knowledge of commercial and contract language.
    Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
    Demonstration of professional business acumen.

OTHER DETAILS

    The typical working hours are M-F / 8-5, but must be willing to work a flexible schedule as actual work hours vary and depend upon workload and project-based needs.
    Requires exposure to extreme climate conditions and/or dirty and dusty environments when visiting wellsites.
    Company credit card and cell phone.
    Choice of car allowance or company vehicle.
    Base salary, bonus and excellent company benefits.
    Must live within commutable distance to Canonsburg, PA.
    Must be authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.
    Must have a valid driver’s license and able to pass drug screenings and background checks as per company standards.
