|
I am recruiting for a Service Support Technician in Suffolk on a Staff basis.
My client are a manufacturer of automated leak detection equipment for multiple industries including engineering, automotive, industry and chemicals. The aim of this role is to provide exceptional service to our customers and channel partners.
The role is responsible for: Internal service activities; including service, repairs, calibration, administration, quotations, and applications. Production; including assembly, testing, calibration, packing, and shipping. Internal technical sales support. Occasional external service; including installation, calibration, troubleshooting, service contract sales, preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipment.
Candidates require: Technical degree, with some experience preferable With strong desire to learn pneumatics, electrical, electronic experience, some PLC. Preferred experience in repair or maintenance of electrical / electronic/ pneumatic equipment
Must be well organized and have good written and oral communication to include accurate and legible documentation skills. Must possess an unwavering dedication to customer service and support. Ability to work in a team but maintain independent work skills; be a self-starter and possess a strong work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft Applications to include but not limited to; Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferable.
Ability to convey customer requirements to accurate quotation documents. Great level of reliability and accountability as many functions of the role are subject to stringent or changing deadlines.
When offsite must be able to understand the customer environment, and conduct themselves according such as GLP, GMP, GMPc |
